I haven't the slightest clue what's going on here, but no one's complaining. The lasses in the German shirts are singing the Dutch national anthem in a suspiciously bouncy van. Obviously this has some link to these rivals in the same Euros group. Outside of that, its effectiveness is up for debate.
It'd be more effective if they all showed up at the Oranje's hotel on the night of the 12th before these two kick off on the 13th, if only to be photographed. YouTube doesn't really get done what a front page worth of distractions will do - just ask Cruyff.

You might remember Wieden + Kennedy from those Nike World Cup 2010 adverts, or, you know, television in general. They’re back at it again for the Euros ahead of the Euros, but with a distinctly global flavor.
The only thing to say would be this: it’s brilliant and it’s best enjoyed in HD, full screen and before the final cut if you’re a heterosexual gent, because no, not really hungry for more Cristiano in a belly shirt, thanks much. (Everyone else…do enjoy to the very end.)

The Roy Hodgson era has begun for England with a slight stumble, and a delightfully promising one at that. He named his official 23 today, and two of the names garnering the most attention seem to be Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Andy Carroll, two youngsters with lots of potential, but actual contributions to the Euros up for liberal speculation. The former is 18 and uncapped, thus making this a rather big deal for him. But Roy's pretty comfortable with the selection for reasons which don't actually exist, which has to be reaffirming for the fans.
This is, incredibly, not too far off the norm for Tiziano Crudeli, journalist, commentator and Milan fan extraodinaire. He’s a touch passionate about the Rossoneri and as one would expect, more than a touch passionate for icon Pippo Inzaghi’s last game for the club on the weekend. Standard fare…
And then Pippo scored. What then transpired is the reason why the internets were invented in Al Gore’s mother’s basement. Sit back and enjoy, with volume at reasonable levels.
Tiziano’s finest moments after the jump. Well, perhaps not finest…but they’re moments.

Enjoy Landycakes enjoying some First Bottom. In a room of armed men hell bent on protecting the object of his lurid fantasies at all costs.
Or maybe they’re there hunting down that dude straight out of the WWII flick on the left, looking like he’s about to pillage something. (No comment.)
And David clearly has a healthier respect for Michelle Obama’s derriere, while Landon is thinking about a cheap motel and some wine in a box.
Guess which one she is.
World class keepers on the male side tend to be fairly tall, and even the bejeweled Iker Casillas is considered undersized at 182cm, or under six feet. The keepers of Europe's better national teams typically range over 190cm - Neuer, Buffon, Cech, Hart, Stekelenburg, et cetera, et cetera.
Japan's a different story, and especially on the female side of the game. Wikipedia can give a hint. Which is why finding a 187cm female keeper is like finding the Holy Grail, enough to dub her Supergirl.
This is my first attempt at Live Bloggery, but hopefully it's slightly less challenging than rocket science for a tech-challenged person such as myself. JG is going to be doing our recap today, and hopefully Darren will stop by during the live blog as well. I think Brenton
