I’m not too sure about a goal on that. I think according to the FIFA rule book, a ball can not be scored with the hand. Therefor, it should be a corner and no goal. A throw-in can’t be a goal as well but rather a kick-off or a corner. But the fewest refs still know that in the first place in Asia anyways.
