I’ve always thought Betis reminded me of Newcastle, especially this season. Big club, big fanbase, long history, great squad, serial mismanagement (sounds like Madrid already), in the Europe not too long ago but woke up one day to find themselves in 18th place.
I’ll miss them, for one. The Beticos are a passionate bunch.
