  Wow … maybe I’ve never looked in December before, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen the FIFA World Rankings completely unchanged from month to month. Germany and Bulgaria gained a few points, Mexico lost a few, but none of the top 20 changed positions at all. Crazy.
