That happened to me in a pick-up game in Central Park about a decade ago. I'd been playing a blinder in goal, and we go the next-goal-the-winner stage. Suddenly a rush of blood to my head sees the ball sailing over my head after a high bounce from the rock-hard dirt. Doh.
