He's really looking pretty good so far and should be guaranteed a lot of first team playing time. Quite a steal from Schalke's youth. And he is putting himself in a good position to replace Diego, who'll surely be bought by a Sheikh, Oligarch or Sovereign Wealth Fund soon. Anyway, the silly photos of Bayern players in Lederhosen at the Oktoberfest will be all the better, knowing they've just been hammered 5-2 by Bremen. A little revenge for Bayern's 4-0 win at the Weserstadion last year. Could be Mesut Özil’s breakthrough season.
