The only thing worse than Mario Gómez’s choice in sleeve length was his performance at Euro 2008. He missed more or less everything. But Mario’s not so super Swissaustrian adventure was the exception not the rule, and he’s already found the target twice for Stuttgart this season.
So ill-advised short sleeves or not Mario Gómez is still a hot item, and still linked with moves to big money clubs like Man City. And over at Forums Offside, mcmanus88 has asked the question: Where will Gomez end up…and when? Will he go in January, or will he stick around and see if he can fire Stuttgart into the Champions League?
