Last I knew, public nudity was their thing, just like basically everywhere else. I lived in Brussels when I was a small child and apparently there was a billboard across the street of a naked woman selling yogurt. I guess it's all in your cultural perspective...here in the US mooning is considered normal and showing your breasts is where you get into the land of "no-no"...except on Mardi Gras...
