Perhaps some novel penalties could be instituted. How's about sacrificing competition points a la the scandal in Italy? Making teams play to a stadium filled only with the fans of their opponents, forcing the morons to watch at home. Or making financial penalties stiff enough to get the team's and their "fans" attention? There has to be some way to make it hurt enough to stop the ridiculous pathetic racist idiocy perpetrated by club followers. Ideas welcome from all comers. Too right racism has no place.
