Aaron Lennon & Gabby Agbonlahor Can Run Fast
By: chris | February 13th, 2008Nike is going through an advertising phase of trying to prove that football players are fast, but not as fast without the new Mercurial Vapor IV. First it was Crissy Ron racing a Bugatti Veyron, and now they’ve pitted two of the fastest English phenoms up against one another, measuring time to the ball and with the ball over 45 meters. The verdict? They’s fast. Other than that it’s pretty much negligible unless you’re in the Olympics.
As for the boots, well, they make a lot of noise, they might make funny designs in your head and they won’t get you to Switzerland or Austria this summer. Useless as far as I’m concerned. (Gabby above, Aaron just after the jump)
