Cesc Fabregas Must Hate His Teammates.

[101GG]

Emmanuel Eboue has gone through some hard times at Arsenal over the past couple of years. Things got a bit harder on the weekend when Eboue, with Thomas Sorensen pulled out of his goal, did the honorable thing and blocked a Cesc shot from landing in the back of the net. No one likes taking candy from the baby, after all.

You may remember this happened last year, too. Nicklas Bendtner, back when his mouth was twice as big as his boots, did the same thing in saving an Arsenal goal off the line – all the while enjoying an offside position. The shouldabeen scorer of that goal? You guessed it: Mr. Cesc Fabregas.

Dressing room harmony between Cesc and everyone else can’t be stellar right now. Barcelona must be sounding better and better every day.

  • The performance by Fabregas at the latest Liverpool match was fabulous. Plus, the way he took control of the situation in the half-time break in the locker room is just impressive.

I can take a joke as good as the next guy, but this piece of blatant sh*t stirring, cut-and-paste journalism goes beyond mere f*ckery.

I don't know where your club allegiances lie, and frankly, I don't care. It is to avoid precisely this kind of pure hit-seeking b.s., that I use the Rocky filter on NewsNow. Unfortunately, as my visit to this site proves, crap still manages to get through.

So funny that no one mentions despite the 12 player injury list
they're still producing some of the most exciting brand of football! now sing after me!
    It's Arsenal, Arsenal F.C.
It's by far the greatest team
    the world has ever seen!
    Repeat again it, and again!!!!
Remember 12 players, whom many are an integral part of this team and still we're maintaining 3rd place with a game in hand! so keep on jabbing haters.....

  • I was kind of fond of the "Barca paid wannabe journalist f***er !!!" myself. :-D
  • My favourite part was when they called Chris a Man Utd fan.
  • Trevor
Who knew there was such a widespread removal of the humour gene amongst Arsenal supporters. Sensitive much?
  • Tommy Wong
The reason that all of newly acquired English haters are raging out through the comment section is because they secretly know that Cesc is going to Barca sooner than not, and they are in some strange sort of denial.

Go eat a Shepherds pie "mates"... it will console your sad sad hearts.

what a load of bollocks this site really is

Non- story from a desperate to get hits website.

You got a hit out of me, but I'll make sure I stay well away from here in future.

I imagine you're a high school kid that wants to be a journalist when he grows up?
  • Perry Groves
Come one guys, he's American. You can't expect any semblence of advanced humour (sorry humor) from a Seppo...
  • Adam
This is great stuff. But Chris, don't get too big a head. Making Arsenal supporters cry is almost too simple.
  • Sig

another attempt at sarcsatic humour?from an undoubted MANURE fan-what exactly is your obsession with our great club-honestly,anyone would think your either jealous or seriously worried by us.get a life pllleeeeaassssseee!
  • Jon
Perhaps the people expressing disbelief at how a piece of "satire" (Juvenal would be proud...honest...well, maybe not) could be taken as insulting to their team should ask themselves how they expected this piece to be taken and ask, therefore, exactly who's response is more stupid? Those Arsenal fans responding with annoyance at a piece which is obviously designed to annoy Arsenal fans or those surprised at that response?
  • tola
i dnt see hw u cn draw up such an inference...no basis,no basis at all.besides wenger's known for offloading his skippers.no player is greater than the club.dnt see wat the big deal is.if fab leaves,it'l bring out the best in the other players
  • Jose53
When traffic is slow, the best way to get some cheap hits is bringing up the ole Cesc to Barca argument ;)
  • Gotta love the NewsNow crowd!
  • I wasnt going to respond....but I will: Eboue's intelligence on the pitch is Newtonian compared to the intelligence of some of the Arsenal fans who've expressed their outrage via the comments at an obvious piece of satire (what isn't satire of TheOffside? That's why we love it!).
  • Ed
    Maybe it's collective Asperger's.
  • Caknucklehead
Wow, all these yanks must be mancs. Typical USeH stuff

Forza chris. Just cause the arsenal fans can't take a joke.
  • moka
    Forza Chris indeed.
  • Tommy Wong
    Forza Chris.
  • Al
Butthurt Arsenal fans to the rescue!
  • DM
I wasnt going to respond, but when i saw the responces i felt obligated to. Does no-one get sarcasm anymore?? As if Chris actually believes that manny and nik were trying to stop cesc from scoring.
  • Foreverzidane
I wasn't gonna respond but since you're such a TOOL! I am obligated to respond.
If you've got any football sense, a player of Cesc caliber should have buried that shot with better placement. He just tried to crack it as hard as he could.
It's not the fault of Eboue who was trying to probably pick up any rebounds or to be a distraction to the defenders! Ever thought about that or just like to blab on with your crap?
Also stop the Barca nonsense! come up with something new and creative, take some writing lessons from Martin!
My God how old are you? 3?
  • Adam
Ha, what a bunch of sensitive idiots.
  • George
Looks like you've got some new readers.
  • rosay
bentdner wasn't in an offside position
  • Tommy Wong
Omg these people getting so upset with Chris is getting tiring. It's a blog, not a news website. There's a difference, seriously people.
  • zigazg
Ebue is a great player and you are fools.
  • es17
    yanks....
  • Roquentin
How on earth can anyone get from "Eboue unwittingly 'saved' a shot from Fabregas" to "Fabregas must be more or less on his way to Barcelona"? I cannot express in words how stupid that inference actually is, and only a very poorly educated third-rate web journalist could ever write something so moronic. Why don't you read all the statements by Fabby - some of them VERY recent - where he explicitly states that he is happy at Arsenal?
  • dom
are you a journalist or just some bellend on a laptop?
  • moka
    HAHA typical Eboue!
  • Kalix
The harmony in the dressingroom is just fine. I don“t Barcylogna sounds that great...
  • Franny
    You're a plonker.
  • THEEEO
That final paragraph is terrible journalism.
  • Ouch. Eboue clearly felt bad after that incident this weekend, and Arsenal ended up winning 2-0 so I doubt Fabregras was too angry in the end.
