David Nugent is proud of his naked phone picture

You might think that it is easy to pull ladies when you are a famous soccer player because it is. But even guys who get paid to give a ball for a living get shot down from time to time and are forced to pull out all the romantic stops like sending pictures of themselves naked to the women they are trying to seduce.

Portsmouth striker David Nugent is the latest professional athlete to try to use the power of modern technology to impress a woman. He is also the latest to have his nude mobile phone picture circulate around the Internet. Nugent sent his Full Monty picture to a 19-year-old’s mobile phone and after checking out the goods she decided that she’d rather forward it to her friends than fall in love.

Explains one of the lucky friends:

“They kissed and went off together but she had only just come out of a relationship and was a bit raw.
“She didn’t really want to know but he kept texting her — then the full-frontal arrived on her mobile. She couldn’t believe it. She was horrified.

“I was a bit shocked when I saw it myself, to be honest.

“He’s not exactly massive in that department, so God only knows what he thought he was going to achieve.”
