Man City Snap Up A Messiah

By: chris | July 29th, 2010

No, not Messi. They could hardly be bothered with such mere mortals when in fact they’ve gone one better and snapped up the actual Messiah, one Jesus H. Christ. At least this is what TalkSport tells us.

But they also tell us it’s a mere precursor to their inevitable capture of Ricky Kaka; a move which would clearly signal their intent to reunite the Holy Trinity, as this past year Ricky could certainly be considered the Holy Ghost.

God’s next. Be afraid.

he will be swapping one paradise for another we wish him well, although ther will be others who would gladly sacrifice him for making this move

It seems he has quite the foot on him with those scoring stats, but has anyone considered slotting him in as keeper? Something tells me he'd be more than a little bit good at this whole "saving" business...souls, shots, what's the difference?

(Matty: because he's a prophet in Islam as well -- Christ, even I knew that!)

Am I the only one AT ALL concerned with Man City possibly signing Paul Daniels during the transfer window? The feints, the tricks, the deceptive runs: AM I THE ONLY ONE!!

(Frontale: I'm no expert in the details of Islam, but I have it that the bible -- if we're going to be vague about things -- is revered as divine canon in Islam as much as it is in Christianity, so enough of that please.)

Forget the Holy Trinity, the real news here is the race to sign Paul Daniels.
  • Frontale
And if they sign Kaka it would be even worse. Kaka is a great player no doubt about it, but he would be considered a "Extreme Fundamentalist-Fanatic" in accordance with US Department of Homeland Security briefings. I'm pretty sure he runs a christian cult in his basement.
