Photo of the Day: William Gallas + Cigarette

So here it is: the infamous photo of William Gallas. With a cigarette. But not smoking. Yet. As published in the Daily Mail.

When this story broke I remember saying “there’s only one thing you can do with an unlit cigarette. And that’s to light it.”

But call me gullible, part of me is now willing to believe that Gallas was just sucking an unlit cigarette for the flavour. I’ve seen plenty of people do it (someone did it in my apartment just last week and left tobacco all over the couch, so thanks for that.)

Will Gallas keep the Arsenal captaincy? Might all depend on whether Arsene Wenger is as gullible as I am.
