When someone preforms a proper sliding challenge, 9 times out of 10 there is going to be significant contact and players will fall just because of the way the challenger's legs hit the runner's feet. That's the way it works, and although Ronaldo is more than known for his diving, you can clearly see he trips over the challenging defender. He didn't draw the penalty, thats just horrendous officiating. Here’s a simple fact.
