Prostitutes scandal in the books, the Premier League season is underway

By: Bob | August 13th, 2007

garry-oconnor.jpgWith the first weekend of the English Premier League in the books and the season’s first player dabbling with prostitutes story in the tabloids, we can firmly say that the season is officially underway. While Daryl has the lowdown from the action on the field, Kickette has the lowdown on the low doings of Birmingham City’s Garry O’Connor.

The striker apparently continued the time honored training tradition of hiring four hookers ahead of his club’s opening match.

The striker, playing for newly-promoted Birmingham City at Chelsea this afternoon, paid £1,000 cash to have the girls join him and three mates in a luxury hotel.

Dad-of-one O’Connor, 24, swapped the girls with his mates for different sex acts.

But the orgy turned ugly when £2.7million-rated O’Connor—whose pregnant fiancée Lisa is expecting their second child—pulled one of the vice girls by the hair and swore at her after she had stripped off.

O’Connor sounds like a charmer, doesn’t he? He didn’t play in Birmingham’s 3-2 loss at Stamford Bridge, but undoubtedly he sat on the bench with a big smile on his face.

He’s not only Birmingham’s Garry O’Connor … he’s also starting Scotland striker Garry O’Connor. Making us proud once again Garry … yikes. The “moving to England for my family” thing seems a bit hard to believe if this is true.

When will these boys learn? You pick up prostitutes AFTER the game, Garry. AFTER!
