Some Goals are worth seeing for a Fourth Time
By: Bob | September 18th, 2006If you went down to your local park right now and tried to do this move with no one defending you and without thousands of fans watching, you probably would miss the goal nine out of ten times unless your name is Didier Drogba. His goal against Liverpool on Sunday kept Chelsea right on the heels of the unstoppable force that is Pompey in the English Premier League table.

It really was a nice ball but Liverpool dominated that game.

.. but Liverpool didn’t score and haven’t done now for THREE matches. Liverpool wasted so many chances they wouldn’t score in a brothel if it was FREE!! LOL
Drogba’s goal was sensational and the man is getting better and better every game he plays.

Somewhere…Denis Bergkamp is smiling…

The best part is at about 0:38 when you clearly see a clear line in the stands between the Blues fans erupting in cheers and the Reds fans sitting on their hands. Heh.

Drogba’s extraordinary, one of my favorite players in any league, but I just wish he wasn’t at Chelsea. Chelsea’s just too boring for words. Wish he were in another club.

No wonder Jose did not want him to leave. May be he had a hint that Didier will peak this season!

Drogba is proving why he is one of the best strikers in the world day in and day out. What a goal.
