Chelsea Sign the Cannibal, Hope he is Right-Footed

After watching Chelsea thoroughly dismantle Manchester City 3-0 on Sunday, it became apparent that the only thing missing from their all-world roster is a flesh eating cannibal to clean up the carnage that will be left behind at Stamford Bridge this season.
That glaring deficiency has now been addressed with the signing of Dutch international defender Khlaid “the Cannibal” Boulahrouz.
The fact that Chelsea has added another international player is hardly news, but we do love the nonchalant approach the defending champions are taking to, say, scouting. Here’s assistant coach Steve Clarke’s take on the Cannibal:
“He is a good competitive player and will be a good addition to our squad,” Clarke said. “He can play centre back or either full back. I think he is right-footed and it is important to have one or two players around the squad who can play in a number of different positions.”
He thinks he is right-footed.
You would think that with the advent of YouTube this type of information would be widely available, but when you have unlimited amounts of money available and players four deep at each position, a little thing like which foot the player uses must be something to think about after he is already wearing blue and white.
