Do You Have a Question for Jimmy Conrad?

By: Laurie | May 15th, 2008

jimmy-conrad.jpgOur very own Dave Martinez of the Red Bulls Offside has scored yet another journalistic coup by landing an interview with US international and Kansas City Wizards defender Jimmy Conrad. In order to do the interview right, he’s asking for your help.

If you could ask Jimmy one question, what would it be? The sky’s the limit — serious, funny, important, trivial… Anything is fair game. This is your chance to ask how it feels to score for the US (against Mexico, no less), or who’s the toughest player he’s ever had to defend against, or who has the best hair in MLS… Or anything else you’d like to know.

Dave will pick five of the best reader-generated questions and ask them during his interview on Saturday, when Jimmy and the Wizards are in New York to play the Red Bulls. Please leave your questions in the comments on this page and/or email Dave at redbuls[at]theoffside[dot]com.

And then keep an eye on Red Bulls Offside next week to hear the answers!

    A) Were there any circumstances preventing him from going overseas (for example family obligations)? I'm not wording this question very well but I wonder if he maybe stayed in the US because his off-the-pitch life was a factor as well as his career.

    B) Yeah, he was in Poland and he was there with Ian Russell so I would loooove to know if there were any good stories from that trip. (I'm a sucker for Ian Russell stories)
