Landycakes vs Beckham = Bigger MLS Audience
By: Daryl | July 15th, 2009Are you bored of the Landon Donovan vs David Beckham catfight yet? I’m not. In fact, I think seeing these two air their arguments in public was the one and only thing that could have made the “Beckham in Los Angeles” story interesting again.
Who knows? Maybe one day we’ll look back and realize it was all one great big publicity stunt cooked up by Landycakes, Becks, Simon Fuller and Grant Wahl, designed to sell truckloads of Beckham Experiment books and make everyone watch the NYRB vs LA Galaxy on Thursday night.

You can tell Becks is not happy in that story but its only because he has to come back and play in LA with children like Landon. Beckham is like the President of the USA in the final few months of his term. He will say the right things and try to act like he can help, but probably glad to be leaving as he is tired of dealing with all the bs and wants to go back home and hang out with some real footballers. Landon is like the arrogant jerk off who ran for President in high school and won which was the biggest achievement ever for the rest of his life.

If Beckham doesn’t want to be with MLS then he should go -NOW – and don’t come back ever. And he should put his money where his mouth is and decline all the marketing and endorsements the US has offered him. Honestly, no wonder Americans are the laughingstocks of the world: here this ungrateful, condescending creep comes here and pisses all over us and the non-sports media still kisses his ass!!! did you all see his morning talk show media campaign today? much talk about giving his suit to Matt Lauer, his honeymoon, his tattoos, his Armani ads….. he knows where his bread is buttered. It’s all about the money and the fame it was never about the game. He’s such a liar and a hypocrite and a fraud.

The laughingstock is MLS. He does not want to be here, yet they make him come back because they can still make money off him. If they couldnt make money, they would let him out of his deal. If it was up to him, he would leave. He made a bad decision, he is paying for it. The quality of the soccer speaks for itself. The media kiss his ass because he is a top talent. Thats why Landon is a crybaby.
