MLS 2010 Preview Podcast
By: Daryl | March 25th, 2010
There’s not going to be a strike, and so MLS 2010 gets underway with Seattle Sounders vs Philadelphia Union tonight. In this episode of The Total Football Soccer Show (originally broadcast today on WRIR 97.3) your four co-hosts do their best to preview the season. None of us are MLS aficionados or properly support an MLS team, but can offer the perspective of US based soccer fans who want the league to succeed.
After briefly discussing the new Collective Bargaining Agreement, we each suggest one rule change we’d like to see in MLS, discuss what we’re most looking forward to in MLS 2010 (I went for Red Bull Arena) and also pick one player each of us is looking forward to seeing in action. Finally, we look to the future and try to determine which cities most deserve to join the league in 2012.

If you’re in the US, the big MLS kickoff is tonight at 9:30pm eastern, and will be televised on ESPN2.
