MLS Commissioner Gets His Own Blog!
By: Laurie | April 18th, 2008
Set your alarm clocks for 3:00 p.m. Eastern (12:00 Pacific.)
No, really. Do it. You’ll thank me later.
Because that is the time that MLS Commissioner Don Garber will launch his own blog. Apparently he has realized that the blogosphere is where all the cool people hang out and he wants some of the adulation and adoration that we at The Offside experience on a regular basis.
Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber will debut his new blog, “The Commissioner Speaks,” on Friday, April 18 at 3 p.m. ET. This new bi-weekly blog will appear every other Friday and will feature Commissioner Garber addressing topics on Major League Soccer and many other items, including emails from MLS supporters.
Word is that he plans to be even more popular than BobbyBoswell.com. (Because a guy has to have dreams.) Can a photo spread on Kickette be far behind? We can only hope.
Check out MLSnet.com for more news. And don’t forget to set that alarm.
UPDATE: Here’s the official link. And it’s really…long.
