For Sale By Owner: Antonio Cassano

By: Daryl | July 22nd, 2007

Continuing my fledgling career as a high-rolling agent, allow me to offer you Antonio Cassano. The 25 year old Italian striker joined his former Roma boss Fabio Capello at Real Madrid in 2006, but fell out of favour after an impressive start. Now new boss Bernd Schuster has left Cassano behind in Madrid as the rest of the squad head off to Austria for some pre-season training.

Clearly, he’s available then. Get an eyeful of his talent in this impressive nine minutes plus of highlights, showcasing the good (goals, tricks etc) and the bad (breaking corner flags) sides of the wayward genius. All that and he does impressions too. Read on to see Cassano’s excellent imitation of Fabio Capello.

At least, is Real ready to loan him like Milan did with Oliveira ? I am sure, he has a nice, dammed mini galactical salary...
I am really wondering what are the aims of this player right now, is he looking for a club like his former AS Roma, or is only interested to go back to the calcio,... big silent around his future, that' strange when we know how sports newspaper love this kind of rumors and details...
