Forty Million Euros for a Forward and a Pack of Gum

zlat.jpgThe fire sale at Juventus is apparently not over quite yet with Sweden international forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic the next big name player likely to depart the disgraced Italian club.

Forty million Euros is the asking price for Ibrahimovic, but we’d be shocked if he actually went for that much. Inter Milan, which is picking up players like a bargain shopper at a garage sale, is believed to be the front runner for the Swede’s services especially now that Luca Toni has decided to stay put in Fiorentina.

Ibrahimovic was a bust at the World Cup, but at the age of 24 still has a number of years ahead of him. He could be a valuable acquisition if the rules of football are changed and the sport is played with a piece of chewing gum.
