Jose Mourinho Is Back

By: chris | October 4th, 2009

The last few weeks have seemed uncharacteristically calm in Italy, what with Inter’s Jose Mourinho keeping a tight lip and all. But it’s all coming back ’round again as Jose’s antics return. There were a few jabs thrown in the direction of Juventus, an act that seems as necessary to Jose’s being as breathing, and a few sarcastic words for the Italian media. Standard stuff.

It came full circle yesterday when Wesley Sneijder scored a late, late goal to see Inter take three points at the Giuseppe Meazza over the other zebra stripes, Udinese. As is his want, Jose then stole the show by taking the spotlight off Sneijder and placing it firmly on himself in the postgame review with a fist-pumpin’, tongue-waggin’ celebration that only Jose could pull off.

It’s safe to say Serie A is back to normal.

Love that celebration. Too bad they cut off of him thus depriving us of its full glory.

To be fair, I did that exact same dance when Sneijder scored.

Michael Jordan stuck out his tongue. I dare you to call him a dirt bag. It’s only more evidence that Jose is… /a/ special one.

    He’s a lot of things.

He’s definately missed in England. Arsene Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson are best friends now and Carlo Ancelotti just can’t cut it as far as entertaining quotes goes.
