I think this a kind of “previous purchasing history” thing I read about English clubs using to mitigate problems.

What I would like to know is what happens when/if you try for cards from several different clubs.

I have been speaking to some Torino ultras online and they have given the impression that clubs are restricting all ultra groups because of the actions of a few. Of course, it could be a one sided argument on his part.

Matt, no one said they did. Seems to me that the whole thing is based on your police record, not whether you’re an ultra or not.
