The Best Goals & Saves Of 2008 In Serie A

By: chris | December 24th, 2008

Or so says Serie A TV. Undoubtedly some good goals and great saves in here, but whether or not these are all top 10 material is another matter entirely. Then there are the goals which missed out that maybe shouldn’t have (Mirko Vucinic’s blind turn against Genoa springs to mind). Any other goals they omitted unwisely? And surely a bullshit goal compilation is never complete without a Fabio Quagliarella submission.

The saves are a bit better, and number one got some sort of multiplier for his age.

Yeah, some of those goals are downright average. Dinho’s header against Inter? Sure, it’s a derby, but that’s not a very impressing goal. Ibra’s definitely deserves to be #1 though.

Ronaldinho’s goal should be on that list. Sorry but it’s just an average header that was well placed.

Ibra’s goal is awesome and it deserved to be at #1. :)

Hmm……Ibrahimovic’s goal is certainly the champion, but ronaldinho’s header should not be here. The 6th Runner up should be Gilardino’s volley at Day 5 this season.
