They should make football hooliganism legal and organised. This will reduce the thrill of it a turn most people away. Make them all wear a firm’s colours, have a scorekeeper (with reference to an number of pre-determined and creative points scoring criteria) and if anyone survives, invite them to Round 2. Eventually, they’ll all (a) be dead, or (b) turned off from hooliganism all together. Or, maybe not.
