QPR may have lost their FA Cup match to Chelsea over the weekend, but their posh supporters made sure the big boys knew who won the battle of the bank accounts. (Granted, QPR are near the bottom of the Championship while Chelsea are third in the Prem, but still — you take what you can get.)

That picture is priceless. It kinda reminds me of when my snobby ass private school was getting crushed by an inner city school in the (American) football state championship game. All of a sudden during the 4th quarter the entire student section erupted into a chant of “We’re going to college!” and proceeded to do that for the rest of the game. Maybe a little bit of sour grapes. Just a bit.

QPR also count Robert Smith of the Cure as a fan. Or at least they did, at one point. I wish I could find this rant he had on the old Cure website about how he was giving up football because he couldn’t take QPR’s results any more. Although I’d be surprised if he’s remembered to stop watching…
