A Name to Remember: Matias Fernandez

Matias Ariel Fernandez Fernandez is so good that you’ll want to say his last name twice. The 20-year-old winger plays for Colo Colo in Chile and he is starting to attract some serious attention. A move to Villarreal fell through earlier in the year and now Chelsea is eyeing the young stud.

Fernandez, who was born in Argentina but is a Chilean international, made his debut for Colo Colo at the tender age of 18 and scored a pair of goals in his second match with the Chilean powerhouse. He went on to score 9 goals in 29 games last season.
