Ronaldo Gets A Hero’s Welcome

He may be a bit past his prime, but there’s no mistaking Ronaldo Mania is showing no signs of slowing down in Brazil. The criticized-but-not-as-criticized-as-the-other-Ronaldo Ronaldo was unveiled in front of 6000 Corinthians fans today in a ceremony which would humble even some title celebrations. Having just been promoted after a somewhat embarrassing relegation the year before, things are looking up for the Sao Paolo club. Of course, not that up, as Ronaldo’s still sporting multiple chins….
