Santos v. São Paulo was a massive game. Santos scored in the 6th minute, then São Paulo equalized with a tremendous Hernanes free kick. Santos went ahead again, but São Paulo made it 2-2 before halftime and took the lead 14 minutes into the second half. Santos evened it up at 3-3, but a minute later São Paulo got a free kick and their keeper, Rogério Ceni, converted it -- his first goal in a year.

However, 10 minutes later Rogério fouled a Santos player who was clear through on goal. Outside the box, so no penalty, but it was straight red, and São Paulo had to defend their lead for 15 minutes with 10 men and a reserve keeper. Which they did. 4-3 and they've still got a shot at the title. Crazy game.

I'd link to the extended highlights, but my posts always get modded when I put links. You can see the goals at 101GG.

The Botafogo v Flamengo match was good too. Adriano shredded Botafogo's defense to score the only goal, which keeps Fla in the title race. Botafogo got a (non-existent) penalty in the second half, but Flamengo's keeper Bruno easily saved it. A draw would've pulled Botafogo out of the relegation zone, but now they're still in 18th place.

(Incidentally, Brazil probably has the most interesting title race in the world right now, with 3 points separating 1st and 5th, and just seven rounds to go.)
