When the doors of a match are barred, it’s due to someone being naughty and serves both to punish and prevent. Kind of like handcuffs and condoms. So you’d expect that the match would go off pretty much sans misbehavior, right? Right. Normally. The good fans of Fenerbahce had different ideas and began launching flares outside the stadium, one of which managed to disappear into the stadium…and stop the match. By adding parachutes.

Footy fans: you can’t stop them, you can only hope to contain them.
