Still doesn’t seem fair that a Liverpool team, getting in by the skin of its teeth, is No. 3 overall and in the top pot. They’re a couple of good Reina saves from the UEFA Cup. Doesn’t say much for those that qualified automatically for the group stages.

So… Group of Death for me would be

Man U are the returning champs and should have the swagger.
Bayern have a chip on their shoulder from not being in the Champions league last year and for not winning the UEFA Cup.
Celtic can’t win on the road, but I wouldn’t want to head to Parkhead.
Atlético demolished Schalke and Aguero is looking to make a statement.
