A Clutch 70 Yard Goal. That’s All.

By: chris | March 12th, 2009

What’s most spectacular about this goal isn’t the shot – pish, even Diego can do that – it’s that it came in the waning minutes of a championship (high school of some sort in Louisiana – didn’t know they had those there) where his team was down 1-0 – one his team eventually won in extra time. Talk about clutch (because he totally meant to do it).

But the blame should clearly go to the opposing coach. Who the hell plays Ludovic Giuly in net?

Note to self: Don’t play Skee-Lo in net.
