Alan Combe, Welcome to the Goalkeeper Blunders Fraternity

After the initial feeling of having your stomach drop when you are goalkeeper and you make a terrible blunder, there must be a feel of resignation. You are resigned to the fact that your mistake will be played over and over and over again, and that you will always be part of a collection of infamous goalkeeper blunders. Kilmarnock’s Alan Combe is the latest in a long line of blunder makers, using the head of Aberdeen’s Darren Mackie as an unattended target.

    That Mackie … always in the right place at the right time. With the Dons probably making the UEFA Cup, you will all have to face his ESP next season in Europe.
