Pulling for Albinoleffe, although I don’t even know how sustainable their growth is. The other playoff competition looks stiff, though – still, what a ride it will be for this tiny, tiny club if they did pull through.

Juliet, me too. Among the clubs I want to see promoted (but then there’s only three spots), Monchengladbach is on my list. I missed their jerseys after they were being relegated.

Heh. :) Anyhow Jan, you reckon your beloved Cologne will be promoted? I’m having a soft spot for them coming up for some reason. ;)

The south stand is complete in the Millerntor and it looks great. Can you imagine St. Pauli away days to Bremen, Schalke, Dortmund? It would be a great atmosphere, to say the least!

St. Pauli are currently renovating and expanding the Millerntor, so that shouldn’t be a problem. They might need to move to Hamburg’s stadium for UEFA/CL matches though, as the Millerntor is build with mostly large standing areas in mind, so it would be difficult to convert it to an all-seater configuration.

Good to see Monchengladbach making it back up. I like their jerseys.

I’d love to see St. Pauli kicking ass in the first division, but then would they have to abandon the Millerntor for a bigger ground? It’s true — the scrappy glamor is part of the charm.

The derby with Hamburg alone would make it worthwhile. Although, St. Pauli seem to be the perfect second division side for me. Second division just adds to their underdog glamour. I’m rooting for Grenoble to be promoted. I know they won’t last long, but I like them more than Troyes. Also, it’ll be good to see Nantes back in the French top flight.
