		<description>It&#039;ll be interesting to see another Japanese player in the SPL.  Celtic has a huge following in Japan because of Naka, and this will only expand with this new player, but the work permit may be a serious problem.  He is far short of the international requirements, and Caley Thistle had problems getting a much more qualified international signed in Marius Niculae this year, though it eventually did go through.  Whatever else he may be, though, Mizuno is no replacement for Naka when it comes to free kicks, not even close.</description>
