That’s Argentina captain Silvio Velo doing what Silvio Velo does best: score a goal. Velo’s goal was the difference as Argentina knocked off Brazil 1-0 in the final of the World Cup for the Blind in Buenos Aires. Velo finished with five goals to lead the tournament in scoring and his play sent the crowd into a silent frenzy. Somewhere Carlos Tevez is wearing his Brazil kit with pride today
