I like what you just said jan because it’s all good to get the new toys but the old faithfuls are theones who are gonna fight til the end and make you win those trophies. Milan knows something about mixing new talent with seasonned and axperienced players.

At least Schweinsteiger still respects Willy. From a recent interview:
“Willy has been around a long time. But often people only talk about the new players. Willy, Lucio or Mark van Bommel – they deserve a lot of respect as well. You need these kind of players to win the big battles.”

It’s not just Kahn getting pissed of by Toni and Ribery getting all the media love it seems.

This is the most likely reason behind why Willy Sagnol said he wanted to leave. At the time, he said that his reasons for wanting away would be clear “in a few weeks.” There’s a lot of competition for LB and RB in Munich. Breno plays center back and right back — Sagnol’s place. Currently, when left back Marcell Jansen is fit, Philipp Lahm moves to the right. When Jansen isn’t fit, Lahm gets his preferred left side and Christian Lell takes the right. Mainly because of this long-term injury and also because of Munich’s propensity for snapping up all the good young German players (summer signing Jansen), there just isn’t a place for Sagnol anymore.

and you read about him firt on the Brazil offside. he is excellent. playing the olympics for sure and at least 2 world cups. remember what i say.
