Blurry, Possibly Doctored, Video Of Cristiano Ronaldo Kicking A Car Window & The Loch Ness Monster.
By: chris | July 2nd, 2009You may have heard the news that Cristiano Ronaldo got in a skirmish with a 17 year old girl/wannabe paparazzo in Lisbon earlier this week. It all stemmed from some real papparazzo who’d been stalking him near his house, and who Cristiano claims had been stalking and filming both he and Mama Ronaldo, who became very upset. So he reacted as any decent footballer would: by kicking something.
Unfortunately it wasn’t a ball or even a garden gnome, but rather the girl’s car window. The video is blurry and the report in Spanish, which no one at The Offside Global Headquarters speaks, and thus it’s confusing whether this is actually a reenactment or the real deal. The confusion was only worsened upon the random inclusion of Elton John, leading one to believe that Cristiano is either a diva, a gay man who wears ridiculous period costumes and/or he thinks Saturday night is alright for kicking in windows.
The man in the video certainly seems to resemble his physique, and it is the car he was supposedly driving…not to mention that was some quick acceleration from car to car, so it was either Cristiano or Pato. But regardless of the video’s validity, you get the feeling this will become one of many, many Ronaldo brushes with the tabloids over the life of his Real Madrid contract. Which also leads one to believe Xavi just might have been right.
