Appealing to the hearts and minds of dog owners and Rastafarians alike, Hungary and Croatia have unveiled their mascots as they bid to host Euro 2012. Despite appearances to the contrary, the mess of hair on the left is neither a wig nor a mop. It is Hungarian sheepdog, a worthy mascot if ever there was one. I guess. Hungary-Croatia are competing with bids from Italy and Poland-Ukraine to host the tournament. The successors to the androgynous twins will be known on April 18 when the winning bid is announced.
