Bungee Soccer
By: Bob | November 9th, 2007When I first came across the concept of Bungee Soccer I thought it might be a worthy entry into the odd soccer games annuals. It involves players hanging from a ceiling by bungee chords trying to kick an oversized ball. Oh the hijiinks that could ensue. Sadly, after watching video of the game in action I am left feeling that this is a sport that has yet to reach its potential. There aren’t nearly enough nuts shots, flips, people shitting their pants while jumping off a bridge over a ravine or players left dangling from ropes to hold my interest. In sum: more violence, less standing around. One of you entrepreneurs out there should take this idea and run with it. It could be kind of fun if done right.
