I love Seattle. Who knew so many Brazil fans would come out of the woodwork and contribute to what was a fantastic atmosphere? I was impressed by Canada's spirit - they fought hard through the whole match. All in all, a great experience.

I was at the game, and this was really tragic. DeGuzman had a wonderful game otherwise, but this is what he'll be remembered for in Seattle.

On the whole, Canada impressed me a whole lot more than Brazil. They came to play, and their passing and ball control and creativity was far better than I expected, especially after they went behind 0-1 in the third minute. Brazil seemed to be phoning it in for three-quarters of the game.

Although the ball was bad, I still think that credit should be given to Robinho, he did very well to read the pass, catch up, beat the goalie and then finish.

Also think that the defender near Robinho could have dealt with it had he reacted quicker

Good point, Sam. You were a bit closer than Brazil, but quite right, you were not at home.
