Bayern have taken their Bundesliga form right into the Champions League and Fiorentina just cannot punish them for that. 2-0 for Bayern and nobody knows why.

I’ve never seen such a bad team lile Lyon when it comes to set pieces. It seems like that’s all we’ve been conceding. At the rate things are going in Bucharest, I think it’ll end something like 5-5.

Nicely said, Chris. I am frustrated beyond belief with ESPN’s tunnel vision when it comes to soccer. I am sincerely insulted by the implication that as an American watching in America, I’m so narrow-minded and ethnocentric that I could only be interested in teams that speak my language. Surprise, some people like the Bundesliga, La Liga, or Serie A because they play good football. I hate ESPN’s coverage of soccer.

Yeah, blame me for the wrong name on the Lyon goal. I was upstairs getting a glass of water and missed the big moment. And the Romanian announcers on my fuzzy stream were saying Makoun. I totally swear.
