Check out Ronaldo’s bubble butt

By: Laurie | March 10th, 2008

In case you missed it yesterday, The Guardian (which is quite legit, believe it or not) listed The Offside as 35th in their list of “The World’s 50 Most Powerful Blogs.”

No, I am not making this up.

Here’s what they said about us:

Launched by ‘Bob’ after the success of his WorldCupBlog in 2006, Offside is a UK-based blog covering football leagues globally, gathering news and visuals on all of it, inviting countless match reports and promoting discussion on all things soccer, from the attack by a colony of red ants on a player in the Sao Paulo state championship third division, to the particular qualities of every one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s goals so far this season. Considered by many to be the best ’serious’ blog in the game, it nevertheless promises irreverently, ‘If there is a sex scandal in England, we’ll be stuck in the middle of it. If a player is traded for 1,000lb of beef in Romania, we’ll cook the steak. And if something interesting happens in Major League Soccer, we’ll be just as surprised as you.’

Least likely to post ‘Check out Ronaldo’s bubble butt’

And so, because we at The Offside absolutely hate the idea of being predictable (and since neither Chris nor Daryl would touch this one), on behalf of The Offside, I would like to say:

Check out Ronaldo’s bubble butt. (Version 1, above. Version 2, below.)

After reading the list, I wondered how long it would take for that topic to be posted. :)

Pretty Ronaldo’s rear looks rather flat there, actually.

Erinti, you have no idea how hard it was to find even that photo. Do a google image search for “Ronaldo butt” and you’ll see what I mean. The man is just not photographed from the rear!

And this is yet another occasion when I find myself hoping that the FBI never finds a reason to analyze my google searches. Other instances have occurred with “Cobi Jones whities,” “Kyle Martino groin” and “Djibril Cisse naked.”

    DAMN, I love this job.

    Inara, I am speechless.

I almost went in to add that one to my post. But it would have been entitled “Ronaldo Butt 4″ on my computer, and that’s at least three too many.

    (Three was a resize, okay?)

P.S. His tighties are sopping wet because he’s in the shower.

    Right?

I think it was the pool. You wouldn’t believe the amount of pics circulating of Ronaldo in nothing but his underwear. But most of them are frontal shots. This pic is at least halfway decent. ;)

FYI, I blame “Oh la la blog” for the fact that I know more than I should about Ronaldo’s bathing habits.

Still flat. He’s going to have to eat a lot of pies before he develops a bubble butt.

I can confirm that this is absolutely genuine, as I bought the Guardian yesterday. You’re still 27 places behind icanhascheezburger.com though!

Congrats to you and your continued support. Leave ronaldo’s butt alone.
