Cristiano Ronaldo: The Darius Vassell of Madrid

Real Madrid fans have been waiting over a year for C-Ron’s arrival, and today they got their wish. Word is that the Portugueezer has passed a medical in Madrid (the same one Jonathan Woodgate passed, so it can’t have been that hard) and according to Marca will wear number 9 (just like the other Ronaldo did).

That’s a pretty warm welcome, but clearly he’s no Darius Vassell. Which may be why Paris Hilton no longer wants anything to do with him.
CR9’s official unveiling is 9pm Central European Time tonight, at a likely packed Bernabeu.
