		<description>The Beckham article is pretty laughable.  I have a lot of respect for the guy, but this would be like giving him the MLS MVP.  He might still have an MVP (or Sportsman of the Year) season in him, but this clearly wasn&#039;t it.  He was never really healthy enough to contribute.  Seeing him with England should be a reminder that he&#039;s still got it.  It should also be a reminder he can&#039;t save a struggling team by himself.  If he has a great year next season, THEN give it to him.</description>
