He's the reason barcelona was that good. Now that he left, Rijkaard doesn't haave anybody to bounce his ideas off to. Yes, Chelsea will probably in the top 3 in league standings for the next 5 years (No manager is bad enough to screw up what Mourinho has set in place), but unless they dont bring in a good coach, nobody wants to play there.
