Dynamo Kiev Manager fights the Scourge known as WAGs

With his team off to a slow start in Ukraine, Dynamo Kiev manager Josef Sabo has decided that changes must be made. The manager of the league’s defending champions has not changed his formation and strategy nor has he brought in new players. Instead, he has focused on riding his team of the dangerous scourge known as the wives and girlfriends.

Following his team’s victory on Saturday, Sabo expounded upon his brilliant managerial decision.

Asked by a female reporter at a news conference whether the performance was shameful for the reigning champions, coach Josef Sabo said: ‘Personally, I’m not ashamed because I see how in a short time they have made very good progress, because I have taken them away from their women, from their wives.

‘We went to the (training) base, because women in football are a scourge. They do not understand that men need to work, that they have a hard job to do,’ he said.

Clearly the women are in Sepp Blatter’s camp and see their mates as artists rather than workers. Still, one has to wonder if Sabo’s move couldn’t help Jermain Defoe out. He might play better if he weren’t so worried about his Neapolitan ice cream-like willy.
